A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO ESPECIALISTA NO MANEJO DE LESÕES POR PRESSÃO NO PÓS-ALTA HOSPITALAR: UMA ABORDAGEM POR TELESSAÚDE - RELATO DE CASO
Resumo
Este relato de caso descreve a atuação de um enfermeiro especialista em estomaterapia no acompanhamento remoto de um paciente do sexo masculino, idoso, com lesão por pressão em categoria 4 na região sacral, após alta hospitalar. Por meio da telesaúde, foi possível realizar a avaliação contínua da ferida, orientar os profissionais de saúde envolvidos, o paciente e os familiares na adaptação do plano de cuidados e acompanhar a evolução da lesão. A atuação especializada à distância demonstrou-se fundamental para garantir a continuidade do cuidado, evitar complicações e promover a cicatrização, evidenciando o papel estratégico do estomaterapeuta no contexto da atenção domiciliar mediada por tecnologias.
