INTERVENÇÕES POLICIAIS ASSERTIVAS: O IMPACTO DA COOPERAÇÃO MULTIPROFISSIONAL NO ENFRENTAMENTO DO CAPACITISMO INSTITUCIONAL

Resumo

A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento bibliográfico e documental acerca das possíveis intervenções policiais assertivas, com foco nas pessoas com deficiência, e a atuação das forças de segurança pública considerando o uso diferenciado da força em interface com o apoio multidisciplinar, seja na capacitação e treinamento bem como in locu. Analisa conjunto de técnicas de comunicação e comportamento que o agente de segurança pública pode se utilizar junto ao apoio multidisciplinar ou intervenção coordenada, que integra profissionais de diversas áreas, além da polícia, para lidar com uma ocorrência. A metodologia baseia-se na revisão de literatura e na análise de documentos legais e institucionais. A pesquisa conclui que o avanço esperado é a transformação do atendimento policial, movendo-se de uma resposta baseada unicamente na força e controle para uma baseada em inclusão, comunicação estratégica e assertiva, respeitando e priorizando três pilares inegociáveis durante a intervenção, Segurança Pessoal do Profissional de Segurança Pública, Preservação da Ordem e a Preservação da Vida.
