DESIGUALDADES NO DIAGNÓSTICO E TRATAMENTO DO CÂNCER DE PRÓSTATA NA REGIÃO NORTE DO BRASIL E SEUS IMPACTOS NOS DESFECHOS ONCOLÓGICOS: UM PROTOCOLO DE REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
Resumo
O câncer de próstata apresenta disparidades significativas no Brasil, especialmente na região Norte, onde barreiras geográficas e estruturais impactam o cuidado oncológico. Este protocolo descreve uma revisão sistemática que visa analisar as desigualdades no diagnóstico e tratamento da doença nos estados da Amazônia Legal e seus impactos nos desfechos clínicos (estadiamento, tempo para tratamento e mortalidade). A busca será realizada nas bases PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, LILACS e SciELO, incluindo estudos observacionais publicados a partir de 2000. A seleção e extração de dados serão feitas por pares independentes, com avaliação de viés por escalas específicas (NOS e JBI). Os resultados serão apresentados por síntese narrativa e, se houver homogeneidade, por metanálise. O estudo fornecerá evidências para o planejamento de políticas públicas de saúde voltadas à redução das iniquidades na oncologia regional.
