Abstract

This article has the objective of demonstrating the relationship between the legal world and the Church, carrying out a comparative analysis focusing on the world and the Brazilian historical context, based on the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 and the secular nature of the State, giving importance to the rights fundamental issues such as life and crimes against life.
