REVOLVING FUND – COST WITH PAPER AND PRINTING
Abstract
The study aimed to highlight the costs with A4 Paper and printouts for the use of funds passed on by the State through the Revolving Fund. As a methodological design, the article characterizes as a bibliographical research, in sources that relate the problems of the impressions of the negative certificates. It is also a case study, because the focus is to analyze the costs with the prints and A4 paper in a price research process. In the descriptive analysis, it was found that the cost of a process is R$ 2.39, a low value analyzed separately. But in the total of all the Secretaries of the State and their Units, in the Short, Medium and Long Term, they can generate a great expense for the Public Coffers. With the use of digital media, these costs would be almost zero and the amounts spent could be applied to other needs of the Units. The principle of efficiency refers to the behavior of public servants in the application of state resources.
