CASE MANAGEMENT: SPECIALIZED AND INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION OF HYPER-USERS OF THE HEALTH SYSTEM OF THE MILITARY POLICE OF PARANÁ
Abstract
This article aims to propose an innovative way of managing hyperusers in the health system and their different patterns, with the aim of understanding and proposing solutions for the management of patients who need individualized attention to their demands in emergency services and emergency, at the Military Police Hospital and the Military Police Dental Center. A qualitative and descriptive study was carried out, using the literature review with the gathering of relevant studies for the efficient management of health care. With case management, it is expected to reduce the constant return of such patients to emergency services, with greater user satisfaction and consequent better use of public resources.
