THE PRACTICE OF NURSING MANAGEMENT AND ASSISTANCE IN HUMANIZASUS: LITERATURE REVIEW
Abstract
The Unified Health System (SUS) was created in the Federal Constitution of 1988, ensuring health as a right of all and a duty of the State and establishing the principles of universality, integrality and equity of health care. The objective of this article was to identify the difficulties encountered by nursing management and care in the implementation of HumanizaSus. This is a literature review with the purpose of selecting articles available in online journals, from 2012 to 2022, following the steps: 1) definition of the theme; 2) determination of the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the studies of the literary search; 3) data collection extracted from the studies; 4) analysis of the selected studies; 5) interpretation and review of results. The guiding question of the research was constructed, "what are the challenges found in the practice of nursing management and care in the implementation of HumanizaSus from the scientific evidence?", from the PICO strategy. The sample consisted of 10 articles about the theme investigated and these studies were read in full to mount the critical analysis. It was observed the overload of the work of the nursing professionals, the great demand of administrative activities, in addition to the care assistance with exhaustive working hours, pointed out as challenges that result in the difficulty of providing a humanized welcoming and difficulty in the progress of the management of the care.
