USE OF AGILE METHODOLOGIES IN BPM IMPLEMENTATION
Abstract
The methodologies used before the twentieth century prove to be inadequate for the speed at which customer requirements change during the development process, causing the system modeled by the customer not to meet their requirements and its cost to be far beyond what was planned. In view of this problem, several agile methodologies have been developed to try to mitigate them. Currently, with the trend of process implementation (BPM) in companies, a new paradigm of development and management of the process life cycle in the company emerges.
