CONSOLIDATION OF THE RONE POLICE BATTALION AS A TRAINING HUB: A STUDY OF COURSES CONDUCTED AT THE UNIT FROM 2022 TO 2025

This article analyzes the consolidation process of the Rounds Ostensive Policing of Special Nature Battalion (BPRONE) of the Military Police of Paraná as a training hub, based on the courses conducted at the unit between 2022 and 2025. This is an exploratory and descriptive study grounded in documentary analysis of general bulletins, ordinances, state decrees, and institutional data obtained through a formal request via the e-Protocolo system. The results indicate quantitative and qualitative growth in the training programs offered, as well as an expansion of the unit’s institutional reach, with the participation of military police officers from different regions of the state and other law enforcement agencies. It is concluded that BPRONE has established itself as a reference in specialized police training, contributing to doctrinal standardization, dissemination of technical-operational knowledge, and strengthening of tactical policing activities within public security.
