ANATOMÍA E HISTOQUÍMICA DE LA PLANTA NATIVA SUDAMERICANA Allophylus semidentatus(SAPINDACEAE)

Resumen

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo explorar la anatomía vegetativa de Allophylus semidentatus mediante microscopía óptica y electrónica de barrido. Se realizaron análisis histoquímicos y EDS para determinar la composición química de las células y la composición elemental de los cristales. Las principales características anatómicas de la planta incluyen la presencia de tres tipos de tricomas (glandulares peltados y capitados, y tricomas no glandulares cónicos), hojas hipostomáticas, una nervadura central biconvexa con una prominente cresta adaxial, un pecíolo y peciólulo biconvexos con dos alas adaxiales, y la presencia de drusas y cristales prismáticos de oxalato de calcio. Las características identificadas en el presente estudio pueden contribuir a la identificación de especies y a la taxonomía del género Allophylus.
