LIDERAZGO TRANSFORMACIONAL Y INTELIGENCIA ESPIRITUAL: ENFRENTANDO LOS DESAFÍOS DE LA DESHUMANIZACIÓN EN LA ERA DE LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL

Resumen

Este artículo analiza la convergencia entre el Liderazgo Transformacional (LT) y la Inteligencia Espiritual (IE) como vectores estratégicos para enfrentar los desafíos de deshumanización en la era de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA). El objetivo central es investigar cómo la integración de estos constructos mitiga el desajuste evolutivo y la regresión empática resultantes de la mediación tecnológica y la falta de señales sociales humanas en las organizaciones. Metodológicamente, el estudio se configura como una revisión narrativa de la literatura (2000-2026), fundamentada en bases de alto impacto como Oxford Academic, Nature, Science, PubMed y Scielo. La discusión correlaciona los pilares de la LT con dimensiones conceptuales de la IE, tomando el SISRI-24 como referencia teórica para organizar dichas dimensiones. El análisis de la literatura sugiere que liderazgos asociados a la producción de significado, a la conciencia ética y al reconocimiento de la singularidad humana pueden contribuir al enfrentamiento de efectos de deshumanización en contextos organizacionales mediados por IA. Se concluye que la articulación entre LT e IE constituye un marco analítico relevante para comprender la salud mental y la sostenibilidad corporativa en un escenario de incertidumbre respecto al sentido y al valor del trabajo humano.
