THE IMPACTS OF THE PANDEMIC NEW CORONAVIRUS UNDER BRAZILIAN SANITARY LEGISLATION: AN INTEGRATIVE LITERATURE REVIEW
Abstract
The pandemic of the new coronavirus has had an effect in several areas, such as
economic, political, social and, mainly, health. Nevertheless, the Brazilian sanitary legislation has been and has been modified according to the behavior of the virus before society, with the addition of ordinances, decrees, repeals and other relevant actions. Objective: To inform target audiences about the impacts of COVID-19 under brazilian health legislation, from an integrated literature review of articles and compositions on the subject in question found on the online portal of Brazilian journals SciELO Brazil, on the website of the Official Gazette of the Union, on the website of the Public Health Notebooks (CSP), in the School of Health Magazine of Paraná and among other readings found on electronic websites related to the aborted subject. Data were collected in December 2021 and January 2022.
