Abstract

The writing of this article deals with the musical language and body expression of children in early childhood education, presents a proposal for analysis on the importance of pedagogical work with music, as in the school environment teachers use music as a support to facilitate the teaching and learning of children, where everyone sings short melodies, plays sung games, with rhymes, stories, reflective messages, and it is observed that this teaching methodology has shown satisfactory results. By playing, imitating and creating rhythms and movements, children also appropriate the cultural repertoire, bringing benefits to socialization in the environment in which they are inserted.
