POTENCIALIDADES E DESAFIOS DA EDUCAÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DE LITERATURA

Resumo

Analisa-se neste artigo a produção científica sobre a Educação Empreendedora (EE) no ensino superior, objetivando elencar os elementos da gestão da educação empreendedora no ensino superior. Adota-se como metodologia a revisão integrativa da literatura, que resultou em um corpus de 46 artigos publicados entre 2016 e 2025, oriundos das bases Scopus, Web of Science e ERIC. A análise revela que a gestão eficaz da EE supera a fragmentação de iniciativas isoladas, demandando uma abordagem sistêmica que concebe a universidade como um ecossistema de inovação. Os resultados indicam a necessidade de orquestrar metodologias ativas, desenvolvimento docente, estruturas de apoio e colaboração com stakeholders externos. Conclui-se que um framework de gestão estratégica é o mecanismo fundamental que atua como uma plataforma de orquestração, alinhando a visão institucional à prática e transformando a universidade em uma cultivadora ativa de talentos empreendedores. O estudo contribui ao sintetizar o conhecimento disperso e ao propor gaps para pesquisa futura.
