POTENCIALIDADES Y DESAFÍOS DE LA EDUCACIÓN EMPRENDEDORA EN LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR: UNA REVISIÓN INTEGRADORA DE LA LITERATURA

Este artículo analiza la producción científica sobre Educación Emprendedora (EE) en la educación superior, con el objetivo de analizar los elementos de la gestión de la educación emprendedora en la educación superior. Se adoptó una metodología de revisión bibliográfica integradora, resultando en un corpus de 46 artículos publicados entre 2016 y 2025, provenientes de las bases de datos Scopus, Web of Science y ERIC. El análisis revela que la gestión eficaz de la EE supera la fragmentación de iniciativas aisladas, exigiendo un enfoque sistémico que conciba la universidad como un ecosistema de innovación. Los resultados indican la necesidad de orquestar metodologías activas, desarrollo del profesorado, estructuras de apoyo y colaboración con actores externos. Se concluye que un marco de gestión estratégica es el mecanismo fundamental que actúa como plataforma de orquestación, alineando la visión institucional con la práctica y transformando a la universidad en un cultivador activo del talento emprendedor. El estudio contribuye sintetizando el conocimiento disperso y proponiendo brechas para futuras investigaciones.
