The present study evaluated the marginal microleakage of Bulk Fill composites compared to nanohybrid resin. Materials and Methods: Class V cavity preparations were performed on 30 bovine incisors that were randomly divided into 3 groups and later restored with nanohybrid composite resin and Bulk Fill conventional resins and Bulk Fill Flow. These teeth were immersed in methylene blue solution for 24 hours and then washed in running water, then sectioned in 3 quarts and evaluated. Results: The ANOVA test showed that p = 0.248 in this way there is no difference between the studied groups when the substrate is the enamel. When the substrate is dentin, the ANOVA test showed that p = 0.013 in this way there is difference between the groups studied in this substrate. The Bonferroni test was performed and it was verified that there is a statistically relevant difference only between groups 1 and 2. Conclusions: This in vitro study found that conventional Bulk Fill resins showed lower marginal microleakage in dentin compared with Bulk Fill Flow and nanohybrid resins.
