REVASCULARIZAÇÃO PULPAR PELA TÉCNICA LIVRE EM CÉLULAS EM DENTES ANTERIORES PERMANENTES IMATUROS – REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DE RELATOS DE CASOS CLÍNICOS

Resumo

Dentes imaturos com necrose pulpar representam um desafio significativo para os cirurgiões-dentistas devido à fragilidade de suas paredes. Neste contexto, a revascularização pulpar apresenta-se como uma alternativa promissora para a preservação desses dentes a longo prazo. Contudo, a diversidade de técnicas, materiais e protocolos de medicação, aliada ao desconhecimento de muitos profissionais, contribui para sua limitada aplicação clínica. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar, por meio de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, casos clínicos de revascularização pulpar com terapia livre de células em dentes anteriores imaturos necrosados, identificando as práticas clínicas associadas aos maiores índices de sucesso. A busca foi realizada em janeiro de 2025, nas bases PubMed e BVS, com recorte temporal de cinco anos, utilizando a estratégia: ("Regenerative endodontic treatment" OR "revital" OR "endodontic regeneration" OR "regenerative endodontics" OR "pulp revascularization") AND ("immature" OR "open apex") AND "Case Report". Os 14 estudos selecionados evidenciaram taxa de sucesso clínico-radiográfico de 94,4%, apresentando desfechos como aumento do comprimento radicular, espessamento das paredes dentinárias, fechamento apical e regressão das lesões periapicais.
