VANTAGENS E DESVANTAGENS DAS RESINAS COMPOSTAS BULK-FILL: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA

Este estudo consistiu em uma revisão integrativa de 30 artigos científicos recentes entre 2020 e 2025, analisando a composição e as características das resinas bulk-fill, com ênfase em suas aplicações clínicas. Essas resinas permitem aplicação de camadas de até 5 mm, boa transmissão de luz e resistência adesiva adequada, e reduzem o tempo clínico. Estudos indicam que o desempenho clínico das resinas bulk-fill é comparável ao das resinas convencionais. A principal limitação está relacionada ao aspecto estético, pois sua translucidez compromete a estética, exigindo mais estudos laboratoriais e clínicos.
