ATENDIMENTO POLICIAL A PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA: PARADIGMAS E PERSPECTIVAS PARA A INCLUSÃO E A PROTEÇÃO DE DIREITOS

A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento bibliográfico e documental acerca da interação entre grupos vulneráveis, com foco nas pessoas com deficiência, e a atuação das forças de segurança pública. Analisa as políticas públicas existentes nos âmbitos mundial, nacional e estadual (Paraná), buscando compreender as considerações e percepções sobre as práticas inclusivas no atendimento policial a este público. A metodologia baseia-se na revisão de literatura e na análise de documentos legais e institucionais. Os resultados apontam para um avanço legislativo, mas uma implementação ainda incipiente, com desafios significativos na capacitação de agentes, na acessibilidade comunicacional e na garantia de direitos. A pesquisa conclui que a efetividade das políticas de inclusão depende de um esforço sistêmico, envolvendo formação continuada, adoção de tecnologias assistivas e uma mudança cultural nas instituições de segurança.
