GRUPOS VULNERÁVEIS E A ATUAÇÃO POLICIAL: CONSIDERAÇÕES, PERCEPÇÕES E GAPS SOBRE O ATENDIMENTO POLICIAL NAS PRÁTICAS INCLUSIVAS A PESSOAS LGBTI+

Este artigo apresenta um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o atendimento policial a grupos vulneráveis, com ênfase na população LGBTI+. O estudo parte da compreensão de que o sistema de segurança pública, historicamente estruturado sob padrões heteronormativos, adote práticas inclusivas no atendimento a grupos vulneráveis para promover a igualdade, reduzir desigualdades e construir uma sociedade mais justa e segura para todos. Isso envolve reconhecer e respeitar as diferenças, evitar a discriminação. A pesquisa analisa produções acadêmicas, relatórios institucionais e normativas legais brasileiras bem como cadernos técnicos que tratam do acolhimento, tratamento e proteção de pessoas LGBTI+ no contexto do atendimento policial. Os resultados apontam para a persistência de barreiras institucionais e culturais que dificultam o acesso igualitário à justiça, incluindo a falta de preparo das corporações, ausência de protocolos institucionais específicos e a invisibilidade das demandas dessa população nas políticas públicas de segurança. Conclui-se que a efetivação de um atendimento policial humanizado e inclusivo depende de ações formativas, mudanças estruturais e maior compromisso institucional com os direitos humanos, sobretudo no que se refere ao reconhecimento da diversidade sexual e de gênero como pauta legítima no âmbito da segurança pública.
