About the Journal

It is with immense satisfaction that I introduce RECIMA21 – a scientific journal dedicated to propagating information, promoting knowledge and fostering sharing among those who strongly believe in the transformative power of education for a society and its individuals. As a scientific publication, RECIMA21 aims to be a reliable haven for researchers and experts to present their work, making it accessible to all in a democratic manner. Sharing information and knowledge is to collaborate for a world with a broader understanding of the numerous variables that shape our reality, understanding that we live in a fluid society and that empathy makes us more human.

This journal is the result of the vision of university professors who wished to establish a platform that reflected the excellence of scientific work and that had an editorial and scientific body equal to the contributions submitted. It is an independent initiative, managed by its editors-in-chief and supported by an editorial and scientific board, all in line with the mission and regulation of the RECIMA21. Created with the purpose of consolidating itself as a reference in electronic scientific publications from 2020, the journal has its registration on the Sucupira platform with Qualis B4 of the last quadrennium (2017-2020). Currently, the RECIMA21 boasts 5 impact factors and 76 national and international indexes/directories. We also highlight its international partnership with Florida Christian University (FCU) and Faculdade Maringá, PR, Brazil.

With a multidisciplinary focus, RECIMA21 adopts a monthly streaming publishing model from May 2021. Its scope is to promote social, political and economic development through the dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge in the various areas of activity.

We reinforce the journal's commitment to privacy and data protection, relying on a Personal Data Processing Officer (D.P.O) registered under the Nro. 417416.20760564, in accordance with Law 13.709/2018, Art. 41 - LGPD.

The articles are evaluated by the Double Blind Review method, where each manuscript is evaluated by two ad hoc external reviewers who are part of the journal's editorial board, chosen by their areas of expertise. After submission, the article is evaluated by the referees, who analyze and suggest corrections, when necessary. The editor makes the final analysis and decides whether to reject or accept the article, always following the opinions of the evaluating experts. After the editor's analysis, the article is returned to the authors to make the improvements suggested by the referees, if any. Finally, the author sends the final version of the manuscript, with the respective report of the similarity detection software (possibly the CopySpider). The evaluation is blind, without identifying the authors and ad hoc reviewers. This magazine offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle that making scientific knowledge freely available to the public provides greater worldwide democratization of knowledge. There is no publication fee, the costs and investments in the magazine are borne by the chief editors who assumed the independent and integral management of the publication process. Pricing will take place in the future, when the magazine has a longer time in the editorial market and it will only be to cover the costs of quality publication that the magazine will always maintain. The journal is dedicated to complying with good practices with regard to moral conduct consistent with scientific publishing of journals. The journal follows the guidelines of COPE - Publications Ethics Committee, with regard to ethics in the publication of scientific papers. Neglect prevention is also the responsibility of the author, editor and editorial staff: any form of unethical behavior, as well as plagiarism in any instance, is not accepted. Authors who submit articles to the journal ensure that the work has not been published or is in the process of being reviewed / evaluated in any other periodical. History of RECIMA21 magazine

The journal was born from an idea of two university professors who aimed to create a place that would be the mirror of scientific works and present an editorial and scientific body at the height of the quality of the papers presented. It is an independent production, directed by its editors-in-chief (responsible for its management), editorial board and scientific council, following its Mission and its Regulation approved and published in this space. Its main scope is to meet the demands of the academy and also to the market, making both flow together to meet the needs of human beings. Thus, RECIMA21 is born with the purpose of becoming a reference in scientific journals published electronically over the Internet, starting in 2020. The magazine won its first Qualis B4 in the four-year CAPES/Sucupira four-year period (2017-2020).
