Abstract

Introduction: the articulation of literacy as a tool/instrument by managers is justified by their ability to analyze people's aptitude. The use of indicators in hemotherapy services makes it possible to improve the care provided, and despite the use, there is still much to be improved. Objective: to map publications on the production of knowledge on the fundamentals of health literacy as a possibility for optimizing management indicators in hemotherapy services. Method: Scope review, based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) instrument. The terms “Health Literacy”, “Management Indicators” and “Hemotherapy Service” will be used in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), Medline US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health (PubMed), Excerpta Medica DataBASE (Embase), Cumulative Index for Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Web of Science and Latin American and Caribbean Health Science Literature (LILACS). Inclusion criteria for year or language were not used. If there are inconsistencies in the studies selected by the two researchers, a third party will be called to resolve differences.
