DASHBOARD FOR MONITORING INDICATORS IN BED MANAGEMENT: PROTOCOL SCOPE REVIEW

Abstract

Objective: To map, in the literature, the use of dashboards to monitor indicators in the management of hospital beds. Review method: scoping review protocol prepared according to the methodology described in the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Manual and PRISMA ScR guidelines. The search strategy built with the acronym PCC will be used, being P (population) - hospitals and maternity hospitals, C (concept) - dashboad and C (context) - bed management. Descriptive studies on the development, implementation and evaluation of dahsboards in bed management, published in the last twenty years, full text available in Portuguese, English and Spanish will be included. The search will be performed in Medline, Web of Science, Scopus, Lilacs and gray literature in dissertations and theses repositories, in addition to checking the reference lists of included researches to retrieve more eligible documents. Two reviewers will independently select the sample with the help of Rayyan® and Mendeley® software. In case of discrepancies, a third reviewer will be consulted. Presentation and interpretation of results: The eligibility process of articles will be represented through the prism flowchart and the results presented in tables and figures accompanied by descriptive and narrative analysis.
