Abstract

The need for the existence of a Law to regulate and protect domestic workers as workers endowed with rights, regulating life in society avoiding an affront to fundamental rights, as well as evaluating and identifying the growth of the rights of domestic workers with the promulgation of Constitutional Amendment No. 72/2013, which brought support to the domestic worker, with the institution of rights, providing a reasonable journey, without abuse or disrespect, true social advancement. The labor evolution achieved by EC 72/2013, brought greater performance of the Labor Public Ministry and, the Labor Justice determinant in the search for equal rights and social justice in the world.
