Abstract

This case study deals with the implementation of project control in a company that has as its area of operation the construction of electric power substations. The need to have a less complex control caused employees to design a fully interactive Dashboard, where you can get the visualization of all the works on a single screen. It was very laborious to obtain this data, and it was necessary to navigate through several pages of the company server to visualize the data, and this navigation was done in numerous folders. With the implementation of the project control, it was possible to have an effective control of the works, reliability, decision making, quantification of operational costs, such as amount of hours spent by each designer, costs of electromechanical, electrical, mechanical and fixing elements and still have an interactivity with the Dashboard. With project control all data can be obtained individually macro.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário Claretiano (2012). Bachelor in Chemistry from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1989), Master in Chemistry from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (1992) and PhD in Organic Chemistry from Universidade de São Paulo (1998). He is currently teaching Electrical Engineering at the University of Araraquara-UNIARA.Araraquara-SP
