Abstract

Artificial lighting affects the existence of several species, Apis Mellifera can be one of these and was addressed in this work. In a first comparative analysis, several sources of artificial lighting were approached with several periods of natural light, from the collection of information, the significant difference was identified for which the species in question may not be fully adapted. The second analysis establishes the frequency perceptible by Apis Mellifera, thus evidencing an alternative to artificial lighting. It was concluded that the fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum emitted, which is visible, is able to influence apis Mellifera given its biological conditions. For this reason artificial lighting could contribute to C.C.D.
