Abstract

 

The aim of this paper is to study the main motivational theories developed and discussed within the corporate field. The discussion assumes the influence of human behavior in organizations and their importance as the basis for the success of the companies in the market as a way to be introduced as a competitive differentiator. Then the investigation starts from motivational theories developed over time, starting from the studies indicate that evolution as the main differences between them. The research was based on literature review specializes in the subject. It was found that the topic motivation applied
