Abstract

This article proposes a survey and analysis of the perceptions of stakeholders about the distribution logistics of an electronics company, focusing on reducing the logistical costs of storage and transfers, as proposed by the implementation of a Cross Docking System. To this end, a case study was carried out, with a qualitative approach through interviews, in an electronics company, in the Customer Service  sector. The method used was the case study, based  an observational, empirical method, combined with bibliographic research, containing aspects of qualitative research, applying a questionnaire and interviews with the organization's stakeholders.
