Let us say, perhaps, that quality is a constant search to improve and improve the management of processes that are constant within the information technology sector. We will continue by the minute to say that there could be better theoretical concepts to show the ways for a good management of information technology projects, perhaps yes or no. Could we achieve compliance and maturity to manage such projects? In this article, there is a strong reason to demonstrate possible ways to achieve this objective, however the research here analytical and of qualitative content, descriptive of documentary nature for analysis and obtaining of data, addresses the collection of data for a path to be traced, which it seeks to measure the importance of the theme for the professional class of workers who work today in 2020 in this field. In this vast and crucial and extremely important function for the company of the state of Ceará in the city of Fortaleza.
