THE IMPORTANCE OF PLAYFUL SPORT IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Abstract

The physical educator must understand the particularities of the individual so that he can define an appropriate training routine, which exerts greater effectiveness and does not bring harm to the body. Attention should be reinforced when it comes to children, who in addition to having limitations due to body development, should have a differentiated treatment so that it can integrate into the training. In this bias, the present work aims to gather and demonstrate the importance of a methodology of teaching the sport and training in an adequate way, exclusively among the childhood phase. Therefore, through the study of several scientific articles that address the subject, it will be demonstrated by the bibliographic review how children absorb the teachings and can extract them in the best possible way, respecting the limits of their body.
