IMPORTANCE OF SKILLED LABOR IN CIVIL ENGINEERING

Abstract

Skilled labor greatly reduces customer dissatisfaction. The lack of qualification also reduces the time of workers in the same job. Employees who are qualified are more agile, contribute more to the works because due to training they can more easily solve problems that may appear in the works. It's worth a lot of investment. Most problems in civil construction appear after the finished works, therefore, a skilled labor can control more the errors that may happen, because they have already been prepared for such an event, and thus manage to ensure a better quality for the work during construction. Within this, this article brings the study of the qualification of labor in civil construction.
This research shows that many workers hired for the works do not have theoretical qualification and learn in practice, which helps the work to have no quality. The general objective is to analyze the qualification in the labor force in civil construction.
