A INTELIGÊNCIA ESPIRITUAL E REAJUSTE DO TRABALHO EM BRASILEIROS E PORTUGUESES DE UNIDADES HOSPITALARES

As abordagens teóricas dos temas inteligência espiritual e Reajuste do trabalho apontam para similaridades no contexto de sentido e propósito de vida. Tendo isso em consideração, este estudo empenhou-se em verificar se as evidências teóricas se confirmavam empiricamente. Por esta razão foi empregada uma pesquisa quantitativa e correlacional com o objetivo de verificar se há influência da inteligência espiritual do líder na ação de Reajuste de trabalho dos liderados. A amostra foi composta por profissionais da saúde hospitalar de dois países distintos (Brasil e Portugal). Os resultados indicaram que não existe diferenças significativas entre as duas populações estudadas. A percepção de que o líder apresenta Inteligência espiritual influência na ação de Reajuste de trabalho nas equipes. A dimensão PPS da inteligência espiritual destacou-se dos demais fatores por não possuir relação significativa com Reajuste do trabalho.
