Abstract

In General the Christians leaders have a regular pastoral counseling routines in their religious organizations. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is designed to identify examples of good thinking and help people develop healthier habits. In Christology. The human body is a perfect creation of God and mental health is a way of communicating with God Himself. Dr Aaron Beck was the founder of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and in it we can find the ideal answers for the Christian people to have good mental health. Dr. Dubot *, who is one of Canada's leading mental health officials, introduces some elements, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, here called factors. These factors are of unique use in the pastoral counseling process. Cognitive therapists have proposed many techniques to combat patient behavioral distortions and many distortions, which are determining factors in the conduct of mental health, are identified and their recovery promptly proposed through intervention techniques. the first factor listed by Dr. Dubot was: it will be emotional reasoning, the second factor to be considered was “mind reading or divination process". the third factor to be considered was: "generalization" the fourth factor to be considered was: personalization and rejection, and finally the fifth factor to consider was polarization.
