Abstract

After a satisfaction survey conducted in the establishment, the demand for parking coverage was observed in order to unite the useful to the pleasant, energy saving and customer satisfaction. This article aims to describe and analyze the installation of the on-grid photovoltaic system as a parking lot cover and the reduction in the cost of energy of a supermarket in the city of FRANCA-SP using Carport Solar. A bibliography was carried out based on the technical standard of ANEEL, normative resolution 482/2012, and photovoltaic modules, frequency inverter and Carport Solar structure were used. The results obtained were the approximate monthly savings of R$ 6,741.54 (six thousand seven hundred and forty-one reais and fifty-four cents) in the cost with the energy bill and customer satisfaction for parking coverage, which demonstrates that the installation of the photovoltaic system using Carport Solar meets the proposed coverage goal for parked vehicles and the reduction in the cost of energy. It is concluded that, in the case studied, the photovoltaic system was very useful, generating clean and renewable energy and producing shade for parking, meeting the request of customers and monthly savings in the energy bill.
