Abstract

In this work, a device was developed to control the time of a cup seater, through which the user can choose in time in seconds, through a start button (push botton), the desired temperature is selected through an analog thermostat, to facilitate the user. This timer is displayed via a 7-segment display that next to it has a buzzer where it fires as soon as you reach the selected time. In a practical way, it performed the programming of a pic16F628A microcontroller, associated with an electronic circuit, for the selection of the given time. The use in knowledge in automation was demonstrated, allowing greater comfort for the client and preventing the correct sealing time and melt the cup cover. In this way, the system keeps the selected temperature in the thermostat and to trigger the counting time, only press the start button, different from conventional models, that there is no type of timer to make the sealing of each cup.
