The present study aims to identify, analyze and reflect on Child Labor and how Social Responsibility can promote changes of various orders in Brazilian society, in order to make it less unfair and more humane. The method developed during this study was bibliographic and documentary research, data collection, through the application of semi-structured open interviews and a qualitative approach for guardianship counselors, pedagogical coordinator, social worker and teachers of PETI – Program for the Eradication of Child Labor. It was found that the Social Responsibility carried out by the Municipality still has a lot to be reviewed, since the Municipality currently transfers its responsibilities to other segments, strengthening the emergence of the third sector, giving the necessary support to society for the achievement of its rights and the implementation of social policies. It was concluded through this research that in many aspects the theme of Child Labor still needs to be reviewed by society so that it can actually carry out a Social Responsibility aimed at building a fairer society, in which children and adolescents are respected and considered as active subjects.
