This article aims to evaluate the consistency and difference between the average scores of the scale of devious conducts in young Angolan schoolchildren with a history of crimes. In general terms, juvenile delinquency is a behavior that has still caused social and individual impact in contemporary societies. Such behaviors are understood as a set of conducts presented by young people in their daily lives aimed at transgression of the socially accepted norm, structured in antisocial and delitive conducts. The study included 246 young people, 136 were in detention in viana county and 108 are second-cycle students enrolled in the Cazenga school complex in luanda, Angola, responding to the scale of antisocial and delitive conduct and sociodemographic data. The questionnaire was administered in the groups collectively and/or individually, and the confidentiality and confidentiality of their answers were preseed. It was observed that the psychometric indicators of CADS were reliable both in their factorial structure and in terms of the definition of the constructs themselves, thus making it a reliable measure. When comparing the group of young people, those who are detained and what is in the young adult developmental range had revealed higher scores in the deviable behaviors.
