CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCRUM AS AN AGILE METHODOLOGY FOR OPTIMIZING PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

Management Work presented on the use of the agile method as a way to optimize the management of projects and processes. Among the tasks the study presented was the use of SCRUM with its guide, consulting the Agile Guide and the Project Management Institute PMBOK (PMI). Spread the concepts of Agile Management and bring understanding of what is Product Back Log, Sprint Back Log, Product Owner, Scrum Master and a Scrum Team within a project based on the SCRUM Guide, with more articles and theme books. With an experience in public and private companies, the author presents the method to carry out the planning of the organizations and the understanding of how important is the agility in the management of projects and processes. Thus, it is observed that many organizations do not have a working method. There is even a Strategic Planning, Mission, Vision, Principles and Values. It just lacks an agile method to improve productivity in the organization.
