PERFORMANCE OF THE PARANÁ MILITARY POLICE AND THE RESULTS OF THE “COMMUNITY RURAL PATROL” PROGRAM 4.0: AN ANALYSIS OF CRIMINAL INDICATORS IN THE YEAR 2024 IN THE AREA OF THE 3rd CRPM

François-Marie Arouet, French Enlightenment philosopher, known by the pseudonym M. de Voltaire; very controversial, sagacious and critical of Chistianity, already in the 13th century, he spoke about the need for precise definition, scientific information on crime and criminality, as well as working on confronting and ending the action. That said, public policies aimed at this reality exist and are necessary, for example, the military police with full dedication to providing servisse to the community, working to combat crime. Given the various áreas of service provisionon of the Military Police, the problem of this article is focused on understanding the positive results regarding criminal indicators int the area of the 3rd CRPM, which is a key point for solutions involving crime. Through statistical data, the study sought to present a reflection on the occurrence of crimes and their identification, implementing plausible solutions in decision-making for the benefit of the citizen. The study sought to discuss the importance of the Military Police understanding the needs of the community, working on policies and strategies to combat crime, enforcing what is stated in the CF/88. The methodology as a type was descriptive and a case study in the 3rd CRPM. The data was collected through bibliographic review and documentary research; the analysis worked on quantitative and qualitative issues. The “Community Rural Patrol Program 4.0” has guaranteed the rural community, securtity and a consequent improvement in the quality of life of citizens, thus strengthening ties between the community and the Military Institution.
