Abstract

This article has as main objective to evaluate the extent to which civil construction companies of the Capital of João Pessoa in the State of Paraíba use Strategic Planning, Sustainable Development and Marketing. Based on this complexity, this work seeks to highlight strategic planning as an appropriate management tool for the development of cities in the sustainability of Civil Construction. The sector chosen for the study was chosen because the sector is growing in the municipalities and has deficiencies in many neighborhoods, especially in the areas of infrastructure, dissemination and environmental preservation. The following research technique was used: interviews with entrepreneurs in the Construction sector and competent agencies such as the local municipality. The most important thing to grow is to plan, as this happens in such a way that the balance between man, nature and the economy is reached, because between the concepts of strategy, sustainability and marketing are appropriate ways to seek the development of the capital of João Pessoa, intending that all involved benefit.
