THE ASSESSMENT OF PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE OF THE SQUARE IN THE MILITARY POLICE OF PARANÁ - REFLECTION AND IMPROVEMENTS

Abstract

The scope of this work is to reflect and demonstrate that it is possible to improve the methodology used by the Military Police of Paraná, when carrying out the evaluation of the professional performance of the Corporation's squares, thus avoiding a possible lack of clarity, objectivity and even motivation in the formulation of the professional square concept. The absence of objective criteria for the definition of the evaluated items, allows injustices, causing even demotivation on the part of the evaluated, since this evaluation of professional performance is very relevant for the PMPR, because it is not just a diagnosis of the whole Corporation, through its staff, but also reaches the personal and professional life of the state military, considering that the results measured will directly influence the factor of career progression, promotions and consequently a salary improvement. The methodology presented will allow greater transparency and security to the Commander, who is responsible for the evaluation and trust to the evaluated state military, allowing him opportunities for improvement and improvement, through the "feedback" made after his evaluation.
