Abstract

This article consists of a brief analysis of the institute of the conversion of the simple fine into the provision of services of preservation, improvement and recovery of the quality of the environment, addressing its legal forecast, focusing on the current standardization in the State of São Paulo. An exploratory research was carried out, having as general objective the analysis of the conversion of the simple fine into the provision of environmental services and as a specific objective to answer the questions formulated in the work. To achieve the proposed objectives, bibliographic, documentary and electronic reviews were carried out, culminating in the answers to the questions presented, which were presented during the study and emphasized in the event of final considerations.
