INTENCIÓN EMPRENDEDORA EN PERSONAS INVOLUCRADAS EN INCUBADORAS DE EMPRESAS

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio es comprender la intención emprendedora de los individuos vinculados a las incubadoras de empresas a la luz de la teoría del comportamiento planificado y observar la influencia del contexto económico, la orientación emprendedora individual y las acciones de la incubadora en la actitud de emprender. . El trabajo tiene un enfoque descriptivo cuantitativo, con los datos recogidos a partir de un cuestionario estructurado utilizando la escala Likert de 7 puntos. En el análisis de datos se utilizó el modelo de ecuaciones estructurales para probar la hipótesis, aplicando el software SmartPLS. Las implicaciones prácticas apuntan a evidencias concretas de relación entre los constructos para explicar la intención y la acción de los individuos que participan en las incubadoras de empresas. Ante ello, los resultados estadísticos demostraron que el modelo conceptual propuesto era adecuado.
