ESTRATEGIAS DE INTERVENCIÓN Y TRATAMIENTO PARA NIÑOS Y ADOLESCENTES CON TRASTORNO OPOSICIONAL-DESAFÍO: UNA REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA

Resumen

El Trastorno de Oposición Desafiante (TND) es un trastorno de conducta caracterizado por un patrón recurrente de conducta desobediente, hostil y desafiante en niños y adolescentes. Objetivo: Esta revisión de la literatura tiene como objetivo explorar estrategias de intervención y tratamiento para niños y adolescentes con TND. Métodos: La revisión se realizó mediante una búsqueda sistemática de literatura científica publicada entre 2013 y 2024 en las bases de datos PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus y Scielo. Criterios de inclusión: estudios y revisiones originales en inglés, portugués o español, enfocados en estrategias de intervención y tratamiento para niños y adolescentes con TND. Resultados y Discusión: Diversos enfoques terapéuticos e intervencionistas que demuestran efectividad para reducir los síntomas del trastorno y promover el desarrollo saludable de los jóvenes afectados. Los resultados de esta revisión se organizan en cuatro categorías principales: terapias conductuales, intervenciones familiares, enfoques escolares y tratamientos farmacológicos. Conclusión: Los estudios futuros deben continuar explorando la efectividad de nuevas intervenciones y la adaptación cultural de las estrategias existentes para garantizar que todos los niños y adolescentes con TND reciban el apoyo necesario para un desarrollo saludable y exitoso.
