CUIDADOS DE ENFERMAGEM A PACIENTES COM TRANSTORNO DE ESTRESSE PÓS-TRAUMÁTICO: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DE LITERATURA

Introdução: as mudanças e adaptações frequentemente exigidas pela vida moderna podem levar o ser humano a se expor a situações de conflito e desestabilização emocional, podendo ocasionar o surgimento de um estresse, que apesar de ser um processo comum, pode se tornar patológico, como o transtorno de estresse pós traumático. Objetivo: Identificar as intervenções lideradas pela equipe de enfermagem para pacientes com TEPT e a eficácia dessas abordagens. Metodologia: foi realizada uma revisão sistemática. A estratégia de busca ocorreu utilizando termos obtidos a partir de DeCS e MESH e sinônimos combinadas com os operadores booleanos (AND, OR) mediante acesso virtual à BVS. Resultados: os trabalhos selecionados tiveram o propósito de mostrar as evidências científicas acerca do cuidado do paciente com transtorno de estresse pós-traumático em diversos contextos como a pacientes que passaram pela UTI, seus familiares; veteranos de combate e pacientes que foram ou são vítimas de câncer. Conclusão: a escrita colaborativa de um diário, entrevistas motivacionais, telemedicina, programas multicomponentes, cuidados domiciliares, acompanhamento em clínica multidisciplinar e aconselhamento associado a exposição prolongada foram intervenções aplicadas por enfermeiros que se mostraram eficazes nos cuidados desses pacientes.
