A DIGITALIZAÇÃO COMO FERRAMENTA AUXILIAR NA GESTÃO ESCOLAR E NO PROCESSO DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM DE UMA ESCOLA PÚBLICA DO INTERIOR DO ESTADO DO AMAZONAS

Este estudo visou investigar os impactos da digitalização na gestão escolar, compreendendo as transformações administrativas e dinâmicas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Adotando uma abordagem metodológica mista, integramos aspectos qualitativos e quantitativos em uma revisão bibliográfica rigorosa, com base em fontes renomadas como IEEE e SCOPUS. Para contextualizar os achados teóricos, conduzimos uma pesquisa de campo detalhada, estabelecendo diálogos colaborativos com gestores escolares para obter informações pertinentes. A coleta de dados foi abrangente e minuciosa, incluindo entrevistas semiestruturadas, questionários detalhados e observação participativa. A análise dos dados ocorreu de forma holística, abrangendo desde análise de conteúdo qualitativa até técnicas estatísticas avançadas, proporcionando uma compreensão profunda dos efeitos da digitalização na gestão escolar. Nosso objetivo é contribuir significativamente para o avanço do conhecimento nesta área, fornecendo insights valiosos que orientem práticas inovadoras e estratégias eficazes na gestão educacional.
