This study aims to investigate the impacts of digitalization on school management, understanding the administrative and dynamic transformations in the teaching-learning process. Adopting a mixed methodological approach, we will integrate qualitative and quantitative aspects in a rigorous literature review, based on renowned sources such as IEEE and SCOPUS. To contextualize the theoretical findings, we will conduct a detailed field research, establishing collaborative dialogues with school managers to get contextualized data. Data collection will be comprehensive and thorough, including semi-structured interviews, detailed questionnaires, and participatory observation. Data analysis will be holistic, ranging from qualitative content analysis to advanced statistical techniques, providing an in-depth understanding of the effects of digitalization on school management. We aim to contribute significantly to the advancement of knowledge in this area by providing valuable insights that guide innovative practices and effective strategies in educational management.
