Anti-inflammatory agents, Gestation and fetal malformationAbstract
The aim was to analyze the scientific productions about the possible effects caused by the use of anti-inflammatory drugs during pregnancy and the risk of fetal malformation. An integrative review of the literature was carried out, which is a method that aims to synthesize the results obtained in research subject or in a systematic, ordered and overarching problem through virtual Access to the databases: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE),Access through the PUBMED portal and through the Spanish Bibliographic Index of the Health Sciences (IBECS). The PICo strategy was used for the elaboration of there search question of the integrative review. Primary studies contained in articles with a qualitative and quantitative approach were selected; studies that report aspects about gestation and the association of medication use during this process; studies available in the following languages: English, Portuguese and French with no time cut.
