Nature is connected, because what happens locally can generate effects on a global level and this is what we perceive when major natural disasters occur. The objective of this article was to analyze the effects of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the perception of people and companies on the implementation of a more sustainable world. The methodology was an integrative review through systematic search in the Scopus database. As a result, it was found that the research emerges in the field of Social Sciences, Business, Management and Accounting, Health Professions, which allows to weave the state the art of the theme.
