O TURNOVER NAS COOPERATIVAS DE RECICLAGEM DE RESÍDUOS URBANOS – UM OLHAR SOBRE AS MULHERES DESTE SEGMENTO

Abstract

This work is about the precariousness and turnover of a group of urban waste cooperatives under siege in the State of São Paulo. The research method was hermeneutical phenomenology, mitigated by the interviews conducted with the members who left the cooperatives. The abandonment of work in these analyzed units emerged to the dissatisfactions experienced by these agents. It is evident in the study the elements that contribute to the alignment of organizational management to understand such factors.
